12  recommended the following amendment to amendment (155312):

14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 16, lines 15 through 19, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  this section. The Department of Transportation
18  may issue overwidth permits for implements of husbandry
19  greater than 130 inches, but not more than 170 inches, in
20  width. Such vehicles shall be operated in accordance with all
21  safety requirements prescribed by law and Department of
22  Transportation rules. The Department of Transportation may
23  issue overlength permits for cotton module movers greater than
24  50 feet but not more than 55 feet in overall length. Such
25  vehicles shall be operated in accordance with all safety
26  requirements prescribed by law and Department of
27  Transportation rules.
