12 following amendment:

15 On page 16, between lines 14 and 15,

17 insert:
18 Section 13. Subsection (4) of section 322.142, Florida
19 Statutes, is amended to read:
20 322.142 Color photographic or digital imaged
21 licenses.--
22 (4) The department may maintain a film negative or
23 print file. The department shall maintain a record of the
24 digital image and signature of the licensees, together with
25 other data required by the department for identification and
26 retrieval. Reproductions from the file or digital record shall
27 be made and issued only for departmental administrative
28 purposes; for the issuance of duplicate licenses; in response
29 to law enforcement agency requests; to the Department of State
30 and to the supervisors of elections pursuant to an interagency
31 agreement to facilitate determinations of eligibility of voter

1 registration applicants and registered voters in accordance
2 with ss. 98.045 and 98.075; to the Department of Revenue
3 pursuant to an interagency agreement for use in establishing
4 paternity and establishing, modifying, or enforcing support
5 obligations in Title IV-D cases; or to the Department of
6 Financial Services pursuant to an interagency agreement to
7 facilitate the location of owners of unclaimed property, the
8 validation of unclaimed property claims, and the
9 identification of fraudulent or false claims, and are exempt
10 from the provisions of s. 119.07(1).
