11  The Committee on Transportation (Sebesta) recommended the
12  following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 5, between lines 18 and 19,

17  insert:  
18         Section 3.  Subsection (43) of section 316.003, Florida
19  Statutes, is amended to read:
20         316.003  Definitions.--The following words and phrases,
21  when used in this chapter, shall have the meanings
22  respectively ascribed to them in this section, except where
23  the context otherwise requires:
24         (43)  SADDLE MOUNT/FULL MOUNT.--An arrangement whereby
25  the front wheels of one vehicle rest in a secured position
26  upon another vehicle.  All of the wheels of the towing vehicle
27  are upon the ground and only the rear wheels of the towed
28  vehicle rest upon the ground. Such combinations may include
29  one full mount, whereby a smaller transport vehicle is placed
30  completely on the last towed vehicle.
