12 recommended the following amendment to amendment (155312):

15 On page 33, between lines 22 and 23,

17 insert:
18 Section 22. Subsection (48) of section 320.08058,
19 Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
20 320.08058 Specialty license plates.--
21 (48) SPORTSMEN'S NATIONAL LAND TRUST LICENSE PLATES.--
22 (a) The department shall develop a Sportsmen's
23 National Land Trust license plate as provided in this section.
24 The word "Florida" must appear at the top of the plate, and
25 the words "Sportsmen's National Land Trust" must appear at the
26 bottom of the plate.
27 (b) The annual revenues from the sales of the license
28 plate shall be distributed to the Sportsmen's National Land
29 Trust. Such annual revenues must be used by the trust in the
30 following manner:
31 1. Fifty percent may be retained until fifty percent

1 of all startup costs for developing and establishing the plate
2 have been recovered.
3 2. Twenty-five percent must be used to fund programs
4 and projects within the state that preserve open space and
5 wildlife habitat, promote conservation, improve wildlife
6 habitat, and establish open space for the perpetual use of the
7 public.
8 3. Twenty-five percent may be used for promotion,
9 marketing, and administrative costs directly associated with
10 operation of the trust.
11 (c) When the provisions of subparagraph (b)1. are met,
12 those annual revenues shall be used for the purposes of
13 subparagraph (b)2.
