15 On page 9, between lines 29 and 30,

18 Section 8. Subsection (1) of section 316.2095, Florida
19 Statutes, is amended to read:
20 316.2095 Footrests, handholds, and handlebars.--
21 (1) Any motorcycle carrying a passenger, other than in
22 a sidecar or enclosed cab, shall be equipped with footrests
23 and handholds for such passenger.
