11  Senator Diaz de la Portilla moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 69, between lines 7 and 8,
15  
16  insert:  
17         Section 31.  Brickell Avenue designated; signs, mailing
18  addresses, listings, and markers.--
19         (1)  Notwithstanding ss. 267.062 and 334.071, Florida
20  Statutes, that portion of S.E. 2nd Avenue from the Miami River
21  Bridge north to S.E. 2nd Street is designated as "Brickell
22  Avenue."
23         (2)  The City of Miami is authorized and directed to
24  change street signs and markers, mailing addresses, and 911
25  emergency telephone number system listings to reflect the
26  designation.
27         (3)  The City of Miami is authorized and directed to
28  erect the appropriate signs and markers upon Brickell Avenue
29  as described in subsection (1).
