15         On page 5, between lines 19 and 20,

17  insert:  
18         (b)  Any pharmacist who dispenses by mail a controlled
19  substance listed in Schedule II, Schedule III, or Schedule IV
20  is exempt from the requirement to obtain suitable
21  identification for the prescription dispensed by mail.
