15 On page 6, between lines 25 and 26,

18 (1) As used in this section, the term "pharmacy" means
19 any pharmacy subject to licensure or regulation by the
20 Department of Health pursuant to chapter 465 which dispenses
21 or delivers a controlled substance included on Schedule II,
22 Schedule III, or Schedule IV to a patient in this state.
