11  The Committee on Children and Families (Rich) recommended the
12  following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 26, lines 4 and 5, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  after a youth's 17th birthday . The court shall
18  also issue an order, separate from the order on judicial
19  review, that the disabilities of nonage of the youth have been
20  removed pursuant to s. 743.04. The court and shall continue to
21  hold timely judicial review hearings thereafter.

26         On page 1, lines 29-31, delete those lines

28  and insert:
29         amending ss. 39.013 and 1009.25, F.S.;
30         conforming references to changes made by the
