12  (Rich) recommended the following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 25, lines 10 - 14, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  and who has not yet reached his or her 19th
18  birthday.
19         (a)  A young adult who was formerly in foster care at
20  the time of his or her 18th birthday and who is 18 years of
21  age but not yet 19, shall pay the premium for the Florida
22  KidCare program as required in s. 409.814.
