15 On page 30, between lines 29 and 30,

17 insert:
18 Section 6. The sum of $2,802,522 of recurring funds is
19 appropriated from the General Revenue Fund and the sum of
20 $3,994,766 of recurring funds is appropriated from the Medical
21 Care Trust Fund to the Agency for Health Care Administration
22 for the purpose of expanding medical assistance payments to
23 young adults, until the young adult reaches the age of 20,
24 during the 2006-2007 fiscal year.
