12  (Campbell) recommended the following amendment to amendment

15         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
16         On page 17, between lines 8 and 9,
17  
18  insert:  
19         Section 12.  A person participating in an in vitro
20  fertilization procedure may not knowingly, for material or
21  financial gain, purchase, sell, or otherwise tranfer, or
22  obtain or promote the sale or transfer of, embryonic tissue.
23  Embryonic and adult stem cell material may be donated only
24  with the informed and written consent of the donor. A person
25  who violates this section commits a felony of the second
26  degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or
27  s. 775.084, Florida Statutes.
