15 On page 4, lines 1-5, delete those lines

17 and insert:
18 2. The President of the Senate shall appoint two
19 members, one member with expertise in the field of behavioral
20 or social research and one representative from a cancer
21 program approved by the American College of Surgeons.
22 3. The Speaker of the House of Representatives shall
23 appoint two members, one member from a professional medical
24 organization and one representative from a cancer program
25 approved by the American College of Surgeons.
