11 The Committee on Children and Families (Campbell) recommended
12 the following amendment:

14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 2, lines 4-6, delete the words "The employment
16 of service provider personnel shall not be adversely affected
17 pending disposition of the request for an exemption."

19 and insert: Upon notification of the disqualification, the
20 service provider shall comply with requirements regarding
21 exclusion from employment in s. 435.06. The employment of
22 service provider personnel shall not be adversely affected
23 pending disposition of the request for an exemption.

5 requiring immediate dismissal of service
6 provider personnel upon disapproval of a
7 request for an exemption; prohibiting the
8 department from issuing a regular license to a
9 service provider that fails to provide proof
10 that background screening information has been
11 submitted providing that upon notification of
12 the disqualification, the service provider
13 shall comply with requirements regarding
14 exclusions from employment in s. 435.06, F.S.;
15 repealing s. 3, ch. 2003-279, Laws
