13 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
14 On page 3, lines 28-31, delete those lines

16 and insert:
17 Section 3. Paragraph (h) is added to subsection (5) of
18 section 163.3180, Florida Statutes, and subsection (13) and
19 paragraphs (b), (c), and (f) of subsection (16) of that
20 section are amended, to read:
21 163.3180 Concurrency.--
22 (5)
23 (h) New applications for development approval within
24 or adjacent and contiguous to property which has been granted
25 a transportation concurrency exception within the same local
26 government and pursuant to this section shall not be required
27 to include traffic generated as a result of the grant of the
28 exemption in the traffic concurrency calculations in the
29 applications.
