13 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
14 On page 24, between lines 12 and 13,

16 insert:
17 Section 13. With regard to any property or structure
18 held open to the public for commercial purposes, the owner or
19 lessee, or any agent thereof, may order a person to leave
20 those premises if the person has engaged in an activity deemed
21 by the owner, lessee, or their agent to be detrimental to the
22 commercial purposes for which the premises is held open to the
23 public. A person remaining on any such property or in any such
24 structure after being ordered to leave under this section is
25 subject to prosecution under ss. 810.08 and 810.09.
