15         On page 1, line 25, delete that line,

17  and insert:  subject to prosecution under ss. 810 and 810.09.
18  Provided however no owner, lessor, or agent thereof, may take
19  action against any person because of gender, color of skin,
20  religion, nationality, or possession of legal personal private
21  property locked inside a private vehicle.
