14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 5, line 24, after the period,

17  insert:  A local government or water and sewer district
18  responsible for the operation of a centralized sewer system
19  under s. 381.0065 in an area designated by the Lake Okeechobee
20  Protection Act is not required to issue a variance under any
21  circumstance.
