13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
14         On page 14, between lines 2 and 3,
15  
16  insert:  
17         Section 3.  For purposes of ss. 810.08 and 810.09,
18  Florida Statutes, a person may not lawfully remain on any
19  property or in any structure that is held open to the public
20  generally for commercial purposes and that sells agricultural
21  products or is permitted under chapter 500, Florida Statutes,
22  after the owner or its agent orders that person to leave the
23  premises because the person is engaged in an activity deemed
24  by the owner or its agent to be detrimental to the commercial
25  purposes for which the premises is held open to the public.
