15 On page 1, lines 16-19, delete those lines

17 and insert:
18 (4) The department shall adopt by rule a determination
19 of the appropriate incentive for encouraging the construction
20 of inclusive playgrounds. As used in this subsection, the term
21 "inclusive playground" means a playground that is a
22 barrier-free
