11  The Committee on Environmental Preservation (Siplin)
12  recommended the following amendment:
13  
14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 1, lines 12-25, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  
18         Section 1.  Subsection (3) of section 375.075, Florida
19  Statutes, is amended, and subsection (4) is added to that
20  section, to read:
21         375.075  Outdoor recreation; financial assistance to
22  local governments.--
23         (3)  A local government may submit up to three two
24  grant applications during each application period announced by
25  the department.  However, a local government may not have more
26  than three active projects expending grant funds during any
27  state fiscal year.  The maximum project grant for each project
28  application may not exceed $500,000 $200,000 in state funds.
29         (4)  The department shall adopt by rule a determination
30  of the appropriate incentive for encouraging the construction
31  of inclusive playgrounds. As used in this subsection, the term
