  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to court funding; expressing

  3         the legislative intent to revise laws relating

  4         to the funding of court costs under Art. V of

  5         the State Constitution; providing an effective

  6         date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9  

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

11  relating to the funding of court costs under Article V of the

12  State Constitution.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
