12 amendment to amendment (773348):

14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 147, between lines 2 and 3,

17 insert: (c) Until January 2, 2015, the legislature may not
18 modify, repeal, or act inconsistent with a provision made
19 statutory law by this section except by a three-fourths vote
20 of the membership of each house.
