11 The Committee on Judiciary (Clary) recommended the following
12 amendment to amendment (773348):

14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 147, between lines 2 and 3,
16
17 insert: (d) Article X, section 16, of the State
18 Constitution, as it existed on November 6, 2006, shall become
19 a rule of the fish and wildlife conservation commission.
20 Until January 2, 2015, the rule may not be amended or repealed
21 except upon the approval of 6 members of the commission.
