13         Senate Amendment 
14         On page 4, lines 5-12, delete those lines
15  
16  and insert:  pursuant to this act; or
17         (b)  Submits a completed application to the Department
18  of Financial Services after October 1, 2008, or more than 2
19  years after the order vacating, reversing, or dismissing the
20  sentence, whichever is later.
