  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to insurance fraud; expressing

  3         the legislative intent to revise laws relating

  4         to insurance fraud; providing an effective

  5         date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8  

  9         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise laws

10  relating to insurance fraud.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

12  law.
