15 On page 96, between lines 6 and 7,

17 insert:
18 Section 18. Subsection (7) is added to section
19 627.4133, Florida Statutes, to read:
20 627.4133 Notice of cancellation, nonrenewal, or
21 renewal premium.--
22 (7) An insurer may not cancel or nonrenew a
23 residential property insurance policy of a policyholder who
24 has been continuously insured with that insurer or with an
25 insurer within the same insurance group for 3 years or longer
26 for any reason other than a fraudulent act by the policyholder
27 with respect to that or another policy.
