14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 31, lines 8-22, delete those lines

17  and insert:  
18         5.  Effective July 1, 2011, a personal lines
19  residential structure with a dwelling replacement cost of $1
20  million or more, or a condominium unit with a combined
21  dwelling and content replacement cost of $1 million or more,
22  is not eligible for coverage by the corporation.
