15         On page 35, line 30, through
16            page 36, line 1, delete those lines
17  
18  and insert:  
19         d.  Tenants coverage;
20         e.  Commercial lines residential property; or
21         f.  Any county, district, or municipal hospital; a
22  hospital licensed by any not-for-profit corporation qualified
23  under s. 501(c)(3) of the United States Internal Revenue Code;
24  or a continuing care retirement community that is certified
25  under chapter 651 and that receives an exemption from ad
26  valorem taxes under chapter 196.
