11  The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Campbell) recommended
12  the following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 108, lines 2 and 3,

17  insert:  Section 27.
18         Insurance carriers shall provide a rate rollback to its
19  insureds in counties where sinkholes occur based upon the
20  provisions dealing with sinkhole coverage as provided in this
21  bill.
