14 On page 8, line 11, delete that line
15
16 and insert: that office.For purposes of this subsection:
17 (a) The "government body or agency" of a member of a
18 board of county commissioners consists of the commission, the
19 chief administrative officer or employee of the county, and
20 their immediate support staff.
21 (b) The "government body or agency" of any other
22 county elected officer is the office or department headed by
23 that officer, including all subordinate employees.
24 (c) The "government body or agency" of an elected
25 municipal officer consists of the governing body of the
26 municipality, the chief administrative officer or employee of
27 the municipality, and their immediate support staff.
28 (d) The "government body or agency" of an elected
29 special district officer is the special district.
30 (e) The "government body or agency" of an elected
31 school district officer is the school district.
