11 The Committee on Criminal Justice (Crist) recommended the

14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 6, lines 4-10, delete those lines

17 and insert:
18 (4) It is the intent of the Legislature to minimize
19 and achieve an ongoing reduction in the use of restraint and
20 seclusion on persons who are committed to civil or forensic
21 facilities under this chapter.
