11  The Committee on Criminal Justice (Crist) recommended the
12  following amendment:
13  
14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 25, line 21, through
16            page 26, line 2, delete those lines
17  
18  and insert:  department or agency, the covered person employee
19  shall deliver the report directly to the department's or
20  agency's inspector general, as appropriate, or to the
21  supervisor or program director, who shall provide copies to
22  the department's or agency's is responsible for providing
23  copies to the department's inspector general.  The inspector
24  general shall immediately conduct an appropriate
25  administrative investigation, and, if there is probable cause
26  to believe that sexual misconduct has occurred, the inspector
27  general shall notify the state attorney in the circuit in
28  which the incident occurred.
