11 The Committee on Health Care (Rich) recommended the following
12 amendment:

14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 112, between lines 24 and 25,

17 insert:
18 Section 43. Subsection (12) is added to section
19 400.962, Florida Statutes, to read:
20 400.962 License required; license application.--
21 (12) The applicant must agree to provide or arrange
22 for active treatment services by an interdisciplinary team to
23 maximize individual independence or prevent regression or loss
24 of functional status. Standards for active treatment shall be
25 adopted by rule by the Agency for Health Care Administration.
26 Active treatment services shall be provided in accordance with
27 the individual support plan and shall be reimbursed as part of
28 the per diem rate as paid under the Medicaid program.
