14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 139, between lines 6 and 7,

17 insert:
18 Section 73. A court may order a child within the
19 jurisdiction of the juvenile dependency court to be treated by
20 a licensed health care professional or other appropriate
21 service provider based on evidence that the child should
22 receive specific and appropriate treatment as needed to
23 facilitate permanency planning and compliance with the
24 approved case plan and to ensure the safety and well-being of
25 the child.
