11  The Committee on Governmental Oversight and Productivity
12  (Constantine) recommended the following amendment:
13  
14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 1, lines 20-29, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  each fiscal agent area to assist in conducting
18  the campaign and to direct the distribution of undesignated
19  funds remaining after partial distribution pursuant to s.
20  110.181(2)(e). The committee shall be composed of state
21  employees selected by the fiscal agent from among
22  recommendations provided by interested participating
23  organizations, if any, and approved by the Statewide Steering
24  Committee.
25         (e)  Participating charitable organizations that
26  provide direct services in a local fiscal agent's area shall
27  receive the same percentage of undesignated funds as the
28  percentage of designated funds they receive. The undesignated
29  funds remaining following allocation to these community-based
30  charitable organizations shall be distributed by the local
31  steering committee.
