 8         for students; repealing s. 1000.041, F.S., to
 9         conform provisions relating to the 2005 repeal

11         ladder program; amending s. 1001.03, F.S.;
12         requiring the State Board of Education to
13         facilitate the review of the Sunshine State
14         Standards and provide a report to the Governor
15         and Legislature; requiring the maintenance of a
16         uniform school district personnel
