11  Senator Lynn moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment 
14         On page 100, lines 23 through 29, delete those lines
15  
16  and insert:  in grades 3 through 10; learning gains for
17  students seeking a special diploma, as measured by an
18  alternate assessment tool, shall be included not later than
19  the 2009-2010 school year., and
20         3.  Improvement of the lowest 25th percentile of
21  students in the school in reading, math, or writing on the
22  FCAT, unless these students are exhibiting performing above
23  satisfactory performance.
