11  The Committee on Judiciary (Campbell) recommended the
12  following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 3, lines 18-26, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  
18         (e)(d)  The early Early voting period shall begin on
19  the 15th day before an election and end on the 2nd day before
20  an election. For purposes of a special election held pursuant
21  to s. 100.101, the early voting period shall begin on the 8th
22  day before an election and end on the 2nd day before an
23  election. Supervisors shall provide for early voting 8 hours
24  per day, 6 days per week, at times and on days selected by the
25  supervisor of elections. For the purpose of early voting, a
26  week is Monday through Sunday. Early voting shall be provided
27  for 8 hours per weekday and 8 hours in the aggregate each
28  weekend at each site during the applicable periods. Early
29  voting sites shall open no sooner than 7 a.m. and close no
30  later than 7 p.m. on each applicable day.
