18 (k) Clinical facilities that are wholly owned,
19 directly or indirectly, by a publicly traded corporation. As
20 used in this paragraph, a "publicly traded corporation" is a
21 corporation that issues securities traded on an exchange
22 registered with the United States Securities and Exchange
23 Commission as a national securities exchange.
