12  (Saunders) recommended the following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 38, between lines 14 and 15,

17  insert:  
18         Section 13.  Florida Barbara B. Lumpkin Center for
19  Nursing designated; Department of Health to erect suitable
20  markers.--
21         (1)  The Florida Center for Nursing, created by s.
22  464.0195, Florida Statutes, and located in Orlando is
23  designated as the "Florida Barbara B. Lumpkin Center for
24  Nursing."
25         (2)  The Department of Health is directed to erect
26  suitable markers designating the Florida Barbara B. Lumpkin
27  Center for Nursing as described in subsection (1).
