12 (Saunders) recommended the following amendment:

14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 On page 38, between lines 14 and 15,

17 insert:
18 Section 13. The sums of $212,528 in recurring funds
19 from the Health Care Trust Fund, and $25,347 in nonrecurring
20 funds from the Health Care Trust Fund are appropriated to the
21 Agency for Health Care Administration and 4 full time
22 equivalent positions and associated salary rate of 134,455 are
23 authorized, for the 2006-2007 fiscal year for the purpose of
24 implementing the provisions of this act.
