15         On page 8, line 16, following the period

17  insert:  Notwithstanding a test's inclusion on a fee schedule
18  in this section, neither an insurer nor an insured is required
19  to pay any charges or reimburse claims for any diagnostic test
20  determined not medically necessary by the Department of
21  Health.
