8 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10 Section 1. Subsection (2) of section 1 of section 3 of
11 chapter 2000-423, Laws of Florida, is amended to read:
12 Section 1. Creation; Status; Charter amendments;
13 District boundaries.--
14 (2) The boundaries of the District are hereby declared
