11  The Committee on Ways and Means (Saunders) recommended the
12  following amendment:
13  
14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 
15         On page 36, line 17, delete that line
16  
17  and insert:  
18         Section 13.  The sum of $440,000 from nonrecurring
19  general revenue funds is appropriated to the Office of Program
20  Policy Analysis and Government Accountability to implement
21  section 11 of this act.
22         Section 14.  The sums of $3,638,709 in recurring
23  general revenue funds and $5,067,392 in recurring funds from
24  the Medical Care Trust Fund are appropriated to the Agency for
25  Health Care Administration to implement the 10-percent
26  Medicaid fee schedule bonus payment as provided in this act.
27         Section 15.  The sum of $3 million in recurring general
28  revenue funds is appropriated to the Department of Health to
29  implement rural health network infrastructure development as
30  provided in section 2 of this act.
31         Section 16.  The sum of $3 million in nonrecurring

 1  general revenue funds is appropriated to the Department of
 2  Health to implement the rural hospital capital improvement
 3  grant program as provided in section 6 of this act.
 4         Section 17.  The sums of $196,818 in recurring general
 5  revenue funds and $17,556 in nonrecurring general revenue
 6  funds are appropriated to the Department of Health, and three
 7  full-time equivalent positions and associated salary rate of
 8  121,619 are authorized to implement this act.
 9         Section 18.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2006.
