14         On page 38, between lines 16 and 17,

16  insert:  
17         Section 9.  Florida Barbara B. Lumpkin Center for
18  Nursing designated; Department of Health to erect suitable
19  markers.--
20         (1)  The Florida Center for Nursing, created by s.
21  464.0195, Florida Statutes, and located in Orlando is
22  designated as the "Florida Barbara B. Lumpkin Center for
23  Nursing."
24         (2)  The Department of Health is directed to erect
25  suitable markers designating the Florida Barbara B. Lumpkin
26  Center for Nursing as described in subsection (1).
