14 On page 28, line 29, delete that line

16 and insert:
17 created under s. 220.7015. Unencumbered balances in
18 this trust fund shall be transferred monthly into the General
19 Revenue Fund of the state. However, such transfers shall be
20 expended exclusively on programs that are consistent with the
21 uses established for the Corporate Income Tax Trust Fund and
22 that are specifically identified in the General Appropriations
23 Act.
