13 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
14 On page 1, lines 18-29, delete those lines
15
16 and insert:
17 Section 1. Paragraph (z) of subsection (4) and
18 paragraph (a) of subsection (8) of section 320.08056, Florida
19 Statutes, are amended, and paragraph (eee) is added to
20 subsection (4) of that section, to read:
21 320.08056 Specialty license plates.--
22 (4) The following license plate annual use fees shall
23 be collected for the appropriate specialty license plates:
24 (z) Florida Memorial University College license plate,
25 $25.
26 (eee) Homeownership For All license plate, $25.
27 (8)(a) The department must discontinue the issuance of
28 an approved specialty license plate if the number of valid
29 specialty plate registrations falls below 1,000 plates for at
30 least 12 consecutive months. A warning letter shall be mailed
31 to the sponsoring organization following the first month in

1 which the total number of valid specialty plate registrations
2 is below 1,000 plates. The provisions of this subsection do
3 not apply to collegiate license plates established pursuant to
4 s. 320.08058(3).
5 Section 2. Subsections (23), (26), and (48) of section
6 320.08058, Florida Statutes, are amended, and subsection (57)
7 is added to that section, to read:
