  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to transportation facility

  3         designations; designating Senator N. Ray

  4         Carroll Memorial Interchange in Osceola County;

  5         directing the Department of Transportation to

  6         erect suitable markers; providing an effective

  7         date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10  

11         Section 1.  Senator N. Ray Carroll Memorial Interchange

12  designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable

13  markers.--

14         (1)  The Florida Turnpike interchange being constructed

15  at milepost 240 and Kissimmee Park Road in Osceola County is

16  designated as "Senator N. Ray Carroll Memorial Interchange."

17         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

18  erect suitable markers designating Senator N. Ray Carroll

19  Memorial Interchange as described in subsection (1).

20         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2006.
