11  The Committee on Transportation (Clary) recommended the
12  following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment 
15         On page 1, lines 23-31, delete those lines
16  
17  and insert:  
18         (13)  The Division of Driver Licenses shall implement a
19  system that allows either parent of a minor, or a guardian, or
20  other responsible adult who signed a minor's application for a
21  driver's license to have Internet access through a secure
22  website to inspect the minor's driver history record. Internet
23  access to driver history records granted to a minor's parents,
24  guardian, or other responsible adult shall be furnished by the
25  department at no fee and shall terminate when the minor
26  attains 18 years of age.
27         Section 3.  This act shall take effect January 1, 2007.
